Terms & Conditions

As with any referral scheme, there are some terms and conditions associated with the program but these are all simple, transparent, and aren’t there to catch you out. The following are the terms and conditions of the scheme:

New clients are subject to a minimum of a three or six month contract.
All prospective clients must pass a credit check for us to commence work on the project.
All referrals must be subject to an agreement with Bough SEO.
All bonuses (sign-up and partnership) are paid after clients have paid their invoices.
A partnership bonus is only paid if the contract is extended with the monthly retainer at the same level or greater.

Any previous communication with the prospective client prior to a referral from a third-party will be classified as a non-referral.
